Care & Cleaning

Wash your cookware before use

All of our cookware is hand polished before leaving our factory. We recommend washing it with warm soapy water before your first use.

Season your cookware

Heat pan to medium-low heat. Spread 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil around the interior of the pan. Leave on heat for 2-3 minutes. Now you're ready to cook! Over the first few weeks of use, your Deluxe Hybrid cookware will perform better as it re-seasons itselfon its own from the fats in the food you are cooking.

Use the proper heat level

Our Deluxe design allows heat to be distributed faster. For example, cooking on medium heat with Deluxe will be similar to cooking on medium-high with other cookware brands. We recommend that our customers start cooking at lower temperatures and increase the temperature if need be.

Clean your cookware

Since our pans are hybrid pans and contain stainless steel, temporary staining can occur. For tougher stains, allow your pans to soak in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes followed by a scrub with a sponge.

Wonderful!

Great cookware piece of cookware!! Everything they say about them is true: they are durable, skillets can go in the oven as well as stove top. Stove top cooking on medium heat not high. Nothing sticks to them and none of my cooking utensils leave scratch marks. You just follow the instructions when you first get one and you’re good to go. Also, I always season my cookware after I clean them.

Heat distribution

The frying pan is high quality in terms of heat distribution and it is definitely non stick. Cleaning the pan was so easy

This pan is getting a lot of use in our house

Since getting this covered pan we have used it regularly for sautéing fish and making curries. It is neither too small nor too large and the weight is reasonable for its size. We have found that it is not entirely non-stick. Items cooked at fairly high heat can stick, but it is still easy to clean the inside. But overall we try to use it only on low to medium heat. We have not tried using it in the over, although it is said to be suitable for that.I do think the price is rather high as I have other pans that I like better and that cost less. On the other hand, it can replace smaller pots and pans, so for someone who has limited space it could be worth it.

HexClad quality sauté pan

I really love this deep sauté pan. I've been eying HexClad pans for a very long time but just couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money. I really wanted to see if they lived up to the hype. While genuine HexClad pans never made it my way, this Deluxe hybrid pan is really close. It's got a reinforced non-stick coating that will handle occasional use with steel implements. This is my favorite pan. I use it almost every day. The key to getting good results is to only use minimal amounts of oil in it. That probably goes for a lot of pans, but this one thrives with a tablespoon of oil. It gives a beautiful Maillard to food. That means a nice coating or crust. Finally, a pan that can brown mean properly. It conducts heat very evenly. The deep sides make it ideal for making pasta dishes or dishes like chicken marsala. The craftsmanship is evident as soon as you take it out of the box. The lid is nice and heavy with a solid metal handle and trim. It's not a cheap pan, but it's worth every penny. I can't recommend this enough. If this is as close as you get to HexClad, you won't be missing out. It's phenomenal.
