🔥If the pan is still sticky after deep cleaning, the nonstick coating may have been damaged due to improper use. This can happen when the pan is exposed to high heat for a long time, used while empty on the stove, or cleaned with abrasive tools. In general, most nonstick pans can withstand temperatures up to about 250°C / 500°F. Exceeding this temperature may weaken or damage the coating, causing food to stick.

🔔To help protect the coating, we recommend using low to medium heat, avoiding metal utensils, and allowing the pan to cool before washing. If the coating is visibly peeling, scratched, or no longer performs after cleaning, it may be time to replace the pan.

Yes, it is oven safe up to 500°F (250°C) at 1 hour, making it perfect for finishing dishes in the oven.

Yes. Our products are dishwasher-safe.

However, thanks to their composite structure and easy-clean surface, a quick rinse with water and wiping dry is usually enough for daily cleaning.

If using a dishwasher, please avoid dishwasher salt to help protect the finish.

We recommend using wooden, silicone, nylon, or other non-scratch utensils to help protect the cooking surface.

Metal utensils can be used with care, but sharp edges or forceful scraping can damage the coating or leave marks over time.

Aerosol cooking sprays often contain additives and propellants that can form a persistent residue when heated. This buildup can compromise the nonstick surface over time.

For optimal performance, we recommend using a small amount of oil or a refillable oil mister instead.

No complicated seasoning is required. Just wash and wipe the water out. And you can start cooking.

You do not need to season your pans before every use.

Over the first few weeks of use, your Deluxe Hybrid cookware will perform better as it re-seasons from the fats in the food you are cooking.

After long-term storage, a thorough maintenance routine is all that is required for reuse.

Medium heat is recommended because the cookware heats efficiently and distributes heat well.

High heat is usually unnecessary and may cause food to burn, oil to smoke, or discoloration and reduced nonstick performance over time.

For best results and longer product life, we recommend cooking on low to medium heat.

Proper Use & Care

For everyday cleaning, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. While Deluxe pots and pans are dishwasher safe, using a dishwasher may cause your cookware to look dull or black over time. Additionally, phosphate-free detergents can etch or even pockmark the surface of the metal.

Our Deluxe pans contain stainless steel, so temporary staining can occur around the rim and on the bottom where the stainless steel is exposed. The staining can be easily removed by using a more abrasive sponge such as steel wool or a stainless scouring pad. NOTE: Take care not to use an abrasive sponge on the pan’s cooking surface.

Remember, Deluxe pans perform the best on low to medium heat. Cooking with high temperatures can cause a build up of burnt residue to occur. Don’t worry, this is not uncommon with our pans, and there’s a quick fix. To deep clean your Deluxe cookware, soak in warm, soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes and then clean with a soft sponge.

Yes, even a diamond can scratch! Metal spatulas, whisks, spoons, and other metal utensils are fine, but sharp utensils could leave a scratch. If this happens it is only cosmetic, and it will not affect the performance or safety of the cookware.

This is a common and normal occurrence. When stainless steel is exposed to high heat, the surface reacts with oxygen and forms a thin oxide layer. This can cause discoloration, such as yellow, golden, or even blue hues.

It is not a sign of coating damage or material failure—just a visual change caused by heat.

• The pan is heated empty (dry heating)
• High heat is used for extended periods
• The flame extends beyond the base of the pan
• The pan is overheated, especially during first use

While it may not be completely avoidable, you can reduce discoloration by:

• Avoiding prolonged empty heating
• Using medium heat instead of high heat
• Keeping the flame within the base of the pan
• Preheating gradually before adding oil or ingredients

If the discoloration is already here, you can also clean the surface using:

• A mixture of vinegar or citric acid with warm water
• Baking soda for gentle scrubbing
• A stainless steel cleaner for best results
• Regular cleaning can help restore the pan’s original appearance.

Our Lifetime Warranty does not apply to damage caused in a food service setting, abuse, misuse, or altering products. Over time, surface imperfections may appear. This is considered normal wear and tear. It will not affect the performance of the cookware.

Our warranty is limited to consumers with proof of purchase. If the product was not purchased new from an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer this warranty is null and void.

Liability under our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at the manufacturer’s sole option. The manufacturer is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect.
